If a design is out of stock or unavailable in your size, we offer a direct made-to-order service- dependent on the availability of the fabric and colour. Should you wish to adjust the fit, length, or size of a piece, simply reply to your purchase confirmation email or contact us directly via email.

For items in stock, nationwide delivery typically takes 2–4 working days via Courier Guy.

For made-to-order pieces or orders requiring adjustments to the fit, size, or length, please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.

For international orders, delivery times and shipping costs will be quoted based on your location.

Yes, you may commission a custom design directly via email. Please note that this is a collaborative process, rather than simply placing an order. After an initial meeting-either virtually or in person-with our founder and designer, Nompumelelo Nhlapho, we will begin a sketching process based on your inspiration, such as photos or Pinterest boards you share.

Once the design is confirmed, we will provide a quote and require a 50% deposit before proceeding. We will then schedule a measuring session, source the appropriate fabrics, and seek your final approval before production begins.

Please be prepared for a quote that reflects luxury standards, including custom pattern-making services. As an ethical brand, we ensure that every artisan involved is fairly compensated for their valuable contribution to the design and production process.

Custom designs typically take between 7–21 business days, depending on the scope and complexity of the design.
